In case this towel is used as a clothing substitute, the wearer agrees to indemnify the towel, its manufacturer, and its distributor (hereafter referred to as Towel & Co.) and hold them free of any guilt or liability in the event that said towel is removed and the wearer’s body is exposed to the view of a third party, whether by means of gravity, accident, or prank, and whether this incident occurs in private or in public, including but not limited to walking down the hall, answering the front door, bending over to lift a package, or running to the mailbox. The wearer also agrees that Towel & Co. shall not be responsible for any lasting evidence of the aforementioned incident, including but not limited to photographic or video evidence. The wearer assumes full responsibility for any and all embarrassment, reputational injury, and so forth. This contract shall be considered binding the moment the wearer chooses to put their modesty and dignity in the hands of a towel, which, let the record reflect, does not in actuality possess hands.
